xLikes Terms of Service

Welcome to xLikes ("xLikes", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xLikes platform, website, products, and services available through xlikes.app.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, purchasing credits, creating campaigns, or participating in FREE PLAY, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use xLikes.

xLikes is a creator engagement network that allows users to:

• Purchase platform credits
• Create engagement campaigns
• Participate in FREE PLAY tasks
• Earn platform credits through verified participation

xLikes does not sell followers, likes, reposts, or social media accounts directly. xLikes operates as a creator engagement network where users interact with publicly available social content.

xLikes never asks for your X/Twitter password.

To use xLikes, you must:

• Be legally able to enter binding agreements in your country
• Be at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain control of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

xLikes uses a virtual credit system.

Credits:

• Are platform utility credits only
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be withdrawn
• Cannot be redeemed for fiat currency
• Cannot be transferred outside the platform
• May not be resold

Credits may be:

• Purchased through Stripe
• Earned through FREE PLAY participation
• Used to launch creator campaigns

Consumed credits are non-refundable.

xLikes includes a FREE PLAY system where users may earn credits by participating in eligible engagement tasks.

FREE PLAY rules include:

• Maximum FREE PLAY earnings are limited to 50 credits per day per user
• Users may not complete their own campaigns
• Users may not repeatedly complete the same campaign
• Campaign availability may vary per user
• xLikes may limit, rotate, or randomize campaign visibility to maintain feed quality

xLikes reserves the right to reject, reverse, or deny rewards for suspicious activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Sharing accounts
• Buying or selling xLikes accounts
• Using bots, macros, scripts, auto-clickers, or automation tools
• Using VPNs, proxies, Tor, or IP masking tools to abuse platform systems
• Fraudulent payments or stolen payment methods
• Artificially manipulating engagement systems
• Attempting to bypass FREE PLAY limits or anti-fraud systems
• Posting unlawful, hateful, violent, pornographic, or malicious content
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to damage the platform
• Impersonating others
• Exploiting bugs, loopholes, or unintended platform behavior

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Reward denial
• Campaign removal
• Credit forfeiture
• Account suspension
• Permanent account termination

without notice or refund.

Creators are responsible for all campaigns they create.

Creators agree that:

• They own or control the content they promote
• Campaigns must comply with applicable laws
• Campaigns must comply with X/Twitter platform policies
• Campaigns may be removed at xLikes discretion
• xLikes does not guarantee engagement volume or campaign performance
• Campaigns may become unavailable if the creator lacks sufficient credits.

xLikes interacts with third-party social platforms including X/Twitter.

You acknowledge:

• Your use of X/Twitter is governed by X/Twitter's own Terms
• xLikes is not affiliated with X Corp.
• xLikes is not responsible for account actions taken by third-party platforms
• Your social accounts remain your responsibility

xLikes does not guarantee protection against suspensions, restrictions, or platform enforcement actions taken by third-party services.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe and related payment providers.

By making a purchase, you agree that:

• Payment information is handled by third-party processors
• Purchases may be reviewed for fraud prevention
• xLikes may refuse or cancel suspicious transactions
• Completed credit purchases are generally non-refundable

xLikes reserves the right to limit or refuse purchases at its discretion.

xLikes uses behavioral systems, verification systems, anti-abuse protections, and platform integrity checks.

We may:

• Limit task visibility
• Deny rewards
• Restrict accounts
• Freeze balances
• Investigate suspicious activity

xLikes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted access
• campaign performance
• earnings
• engagement outcomes
• platform availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xLikes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or for activity we believe threatens platform integrity.

You may stop using xLikes at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of xLikes after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
